Superhuman Elite Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoops (26.2g) mixed in 8-10 ounces (240-300 mL) of cold water 15-30 minutes before your workout. Do NOT consume more than 2 scoops in a 24-hour period. Beginners should assess their tolerance by starting with 1 scoop (13.1g).
